Probably one of the reason I can't draw...THAT. Dead Rising 2

I am almost finished, about to kill S-...spoiler...not gonna do that. Anyway, I saved that part and just go do "freeroaming" again instead.

-Donning the Dress-
'Bruce Lee' track suit and yellow shoes can be found at 'Space' at Palisades Mall (yes, that other mall far across north east).
Servbot mask/head-gear/accessory at 'Ultimate Playground' also at Palisades Mall.

the weapon (that claw-glove-let's just call it "The Wolverine" glove okay, easier to remember that way) is easy, once out the 'safehouse' (you're in Flush...Royal..you're in THAT first mall, where you at once outside the safehouse, clear?) find some knife-wielding zombie, of course you'll get the knife OR, at the middle of the mall, there's some small magazine booth (where you can also find an orange drink and a couple of basic starter magazine-perks), climb on top and there, another knife. go to 'Men's Sports', very easy to spot, and there, you got yourself a boxing glove, get two if you have both knives, and get them to the maintenance area, I guess you know what to do then.
